Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of VibolShop (the “Service”), including our website, accounts, wallet, and top-up ordering. By creating an account, signing in, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

Some features require an account. You may register with an email and password or sign in with a third-party provider such as Google. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• We may suspend accounts that show signs of fraud, abuse, or compromise.

When you place a top-up order, you must provide correct game/player details (such as a Player ID and server). Top-ups are delivered to the account details you provide and generally cannot be reversed once fulfilled, so please double-check them before confirming.

Delivery is usually instant or near-instant, but timing can depend on the relevant game publisher or upstream provider. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel it and return the funds to your wallet.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. You can fund your wallet using the payment methods we support, including KHQR (Bakong) and USDT (BEP20). Funds are credited to your wallet only after the payment is verified.

• You agree to pay the full amount shown for each deposit or order.
• Crypto deposits must be sent on the correct network and exact amount, or they may be delayed or lost.
• Wallet balances are intended for purchases on the Service and are not a bank deposit or investment.

Because top-ups are delivered digitally to third-party game accounts, all sales are final once an order is fulfilled. We may, at our discretion, issue wallet credit for orders that failed, were not delivered, or were charged in error. To request a review, contact support with your order reference as soon as possible.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, or use stolen payment methods.
• Resell, exploit, or access the Service through automated means without permission.
• Violate the terms of any game publisher or applicable law.
• Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the security or integrity of the Service.

The Service, including its branding, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Game names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance on the Service does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

The Service relies on third parties — including game publishers, payment networks, and identity providers such as Google — to operate. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
